TrackCloser limits collection to the data required to provide preset downloads, send communications the user has agreed to receive, manage subscriptions, allocate credits, activate devices and secure the service.
Data and purposes
- Email address: preset delivery, customer account and support.
- Marketing consent: production tips, TrackCloser news and commercial offers by email. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link in each message.
- Stripe identifiers and subscription status: payments, customer portal and credit allocation.
- Technical device identifiers and minimal logs: activation on two Macs, security and diagnostics.
- Credit usage: execution, monitoring and refunds for failed actions.
Music project
Your Ableton project, samples and audio remain on your Mac by default. The bridge operates locally. Only the textual context required for the request is sent to the AI provider selected by the user, under that provider’s terms.
Retention and recipients
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the applicable statutory periods. It is available to GOLDENHOUR and the processors required to deliver the service, including Stripe, the hosting provider and the AI provider selected by the user.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data at contact@goldenhourfrance.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
