Product
TrackCloser is beta macOS software connecting Ableton Live 12 to a Claude Code or Codex agent owned by the user. The subscription covers the MCP connector, local bridge, compatible updates and a monthly allowance of TrackCloser credits. The AI provider subscription remains separate.
Order, price and payment
Essential features, the tax-inclusive price, billing frequency and credit allowance are displayed before purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. Final payment confirmation constitutes an order with an obligation to pay.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal available from the account area. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and keeps access active until the end of the paid period. The current period is neither refunded nor prorated.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. The exception for immediate access to digital content or services applies only when the consumer expressly agrees to performance beginning and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal. Subject to mandatory statutory rights, no standard refund is provided after activation or download. Details and a model form are available on the Refunds page.
Compatibility and beta
V1 targets Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13 or later and Ableton Live 12 Standard or Suite. Live Lite, Intro, Live 11, Intel Macs, Windows and Linux are not included at launch. Saving a backup is recommended before using write workflows.
Credits and devices
Credits measure the use of TrackCloser analyses, actions and workflows. Two active Macs are allowed per account. An activation code remains valid for seven days and can be regenerated from the account area. Additional purchased credits are added to the balance shown in the app.
Liability
TrackCloser assists music production but does not guarantee artistic results or universal compatibility with third-party plugins. Sensitive actions are shown before execution and destructive operations are excluded from the beta.

Complaints must first be sent to contact@goldenhourfrance.com. Details of GOLDENHOUR’s selected consumer mediator will be added before public commercial launch.
